From dated tile and cramped layouts to modern, functional bathrooms, Canopy handles every detail from design through final walkthrough.
Bathroom remodeling fails most often not because of bad tile work, but because nobody was managing the sequence: the plumber who shows up before the demo is done, the vanity that arrives after the tile is set, the glass door that gets ordered in the wrong size. Canopy runs bathroom remodels the way they should be run, with a dedicated project manager coordinating every trade, every delivery, and every selection so nothing waits on a decision you didn't know you had to make.
Swarthmore, Newtown Square, and Chadds Ford are home to some of the region's oldest and most valuable housing stock, where a bathroom that hasn't been touched since the 1960s sits inside a home worth well over half a million dollars. That gap between what the bathroom is and what the home deserves is exactly where Canopy works.
Most remodeling projects don't go wrong because of bad craftsmanship. They go wrong because nobody was in charge. At Canopy, that's exactly what we fix. One team, one process, one accountable point of contact from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
If you're ready to talk through your project, we're ready to listen. Reach out today and we'll schedule a time for Ray to come out and see the space.
