At Canopy we have implemented a customer management system to help us track the work we have do at your properties.  

If you want to enlist several addresses with us it is best to reach out by email with the list so we can set them up and show your team how to request future work.

If you have a property management system you work with our team is happy to use your platform for tracking scheduling and work orders. 

Service call outs can be made by phone, email, online request or through our convenient Client Hub. 

At this time we are offering day time weekday visits between 9am-5pm.  We are unable to accommodated emergency 24 hour service.

All service calls have a minimum cost of $250/visit.  Your visit will be billed out hourly + Materials for the work completed. 

Yes.  Canopy will provide the materials required for repairs or renovations. 

If you would like to supply your own materials, that is also an option.  Please share your preference with us when booking your service.

All work will be billed upon completion and considered due upon receipt.  

We understand that payment turn around times vary business to business, if you have alternate billing preferences please share them with us via email.

Yes, Canopy holds all necessary insurance and coverage for our industry.  

If you require a certificate of insurance or any other documentation when working with we are happy to provide that to you.

Our skilled technicians can take care of most projects and repairs that pop up with a few exceptions. 

We do not have the training or equipment to work at heights over 15′ 

We may not be able to help in some situations that require specialized equipment or heavy equipment.  

If there is work we cannot perform we will always be transparent about it and try to refer you to someone who can help where we can.

Canopy stands behind the workmanship of its technicians.  If you are unsatisfied with the work performed by our team please let us know.

For renovations, remodels, or installs, products used may have manufacturer warranties which will be shared with the customer.  The customer is responsible for registering the product warranty and requesting repair or replacement from the manufacturer. 

Installation of manufacturer replaced parts and components may incur additional labor charges.

Canopy does not offer warranty on repairs performed.  

If a repair is needed on new equipment not installed by Canopy, manufacturers warranty should be used. 

If a repair performed by Canopy fails due to age or wear and tear, Canopy offers no warranty.

If a repair performed by one of our technicians does not meet your expectations, inform us immediately.  We stand by our workmanship and will return if something was missed.  

 

Yes!  We can help with almost any sized project.  All services have a minimum fee of $195.  This fee covers travel to your home and the first hour of service.  If additional time is needed it will be charged at a rate of $95/hour.  

Hourly work does not include materials.  Materials must be provided by the client or will be picked up by the technician and charged with an additional markup.

 

Absolutely! We offer subscription maintenance plans that include quarterly scheduled maintenance. 

Our maintenance plans also allow for additional work to be completed during the quarterly visit when needed. 

This service is ideal for privately owned rentals to ensure maintenance is scheduled and taken care of as needed. 

We can book these quarterly services with you or your tenants to complete the visit when convenient.

We want managing your properties to be as simple as possible.  

If you want to add a new property to your account, it is best to email the property information to us directly.  

If you have a new team member or someone on your team no longer works at your business we are happy to update your customer information in our system.
