We have two convenient plans to choose from. Each plan is based on a set amount of hours.
Our maintenance plans include automatic hassle free billing on an annual or monthly basis.

Your maintenance plan begins with an initial visit which includes a general home inspection to determine any existing issues or neglected maintenance issues. We will also complete your first quarterly maintenance checks.
After the initial appointment you will receive a report detailing the work performed or recommendations made by your technician.
Our convenient home maintenance plans include four visits to your home per year. Your initial visit + 3 additional scheduled maintenance visits.
Canopy will reach out to you within 3 months of your last appointment to schedule your visit with us.
If you need your technician to diagnose an issue or tend to a minor repair during your appointment let us know.
*fixed hourly rate of $95/hour does not include materials, or permits.
Depending on your plan, your technician will be scheduled at your home for either half the day or one full day.
There is often some time left during this appointment to help you with odd jobs or tasks that you need taken care of.
Our team will work with you to find the soonest available appointment time that fits with your schedule.
Depending on the plan you choose your visit will be approximately 4 hours for Gold Plan Visits and 8 hours for Platinum Plan Visits.
Our technician has a list of general maintenance items that will be addressed at each appointment.
Your initial visit allows our team to inspect your property, complete your first maintenance and capture some important information we will use to serve you better.
Our following visits will allow for more time to get odd jobs done for you or work on small projects you may need assistance with.
Each plan has a total of 4 visits. Your visits will be scheduled 3 months apart and each visit includes the completion of general home maintenance.
After your service is completed you will receive a report via email documenting the service.
No. That is one of the benefits of our plans! We will call, text, or email you based on your preference to schedule your service with us.
If you would like help with a project while our technician is performing your visit please let us know in advance. This will allow us to schedule additional time if needed.
If you require a repair or service between visits, you can give us a call or request a service through our Client Hub and we will get you on the schedule. As a plan holder you will only pay our flat hourly rate and we will waive our standard call out fee.
Any materials required to perform additional tasks during a quarterly visit will be considered billable.
Your technician is scheduled to be in your home for up to 4 hours. It is at the technicians discretion if they are able to complete additional tasks you have requested during the visit. Our team is happy to book you another appointment.
If a technician is at your home longer than 4 hours on the day of your appointment, hourly charges may apply. Your technician is to discuss this with you. If additional time is required it will be billed to the nearest 15 minutes.
Our plans are meant to be used for one property. If you have multiple properties please contact us and we can help you get them set up.
Parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs will be an additional charge. Our technician will always discuss additional work or expected additional fees with you.
More substantial work may require a formal estimate be prepared and sent for approval. In this case a separate appointment would be required to complete the work.
Service plans require a credit card on file for monthly payments or annual renewals.
All credit card information is stored in our secure Client Hub and you can change or update your card at any time you need to.
Our service plans do include a written agreement to our terms of service.
This document covers how the maintenance plan works, how to cancel, and any special circumstance that may be included or excluded in the service we perform at your home.
You may cancel your plan at any time by sending us an email at info@canopybuildingservices.com and your plan will cancel at the end of your term.
Our maintenance plans are considered non-refundable. In the rare circumstance we are unable to complete the work on your home, refunds of uncompleted work will be considered at Canopy’s discretion.
We try our best to provide our clients with suitable maintenance and repairs as requested by our customers. We stand by our work and want you to be satisfied. Canopy, however, offers no warranty on inspections, general maintenance, or repair on customer owned equipment.
If a product we installed fails we will adhere to manufacturer warranties. For more information please see our terms of service.
