Our goal when repairing your home is providing affordable service and improving the longevity of the item being repaired.  

If you aren’t quite ready to replace an expensive appliance in your home, we  will always do our best to repair it. 

Our technicians are there to help and are never there to pressure you into replacing your equipment.

Home Inspections

At Canopy, we got our start in the home inspection industry.  Unexpected repairs or building code concerns during your inspection can give a buyer the upper hand in negotiations.

If you are thinking of selling your home, call us first and make sure you know what to expect.   Canopy can take care of any of the items that may impact the sale of your home before it is listed.

Canopy can handle most remodels and renovations required within the homes existing floorplan.

Canopy is not able to change the external structure of your home or build additions to your homes square footage.   

Please send us a request or email us your plans, we would be happy to take a look.

Yes!  We believe in providing our customers with transparent, accurate pricing.  We do this by visiting your space when needed.  

You will be given a specific date and time to help you plan for the visit. 

Online estimates are also an option in some cases, let us know if this is your preference.

Yes.  Canopy will provide the materials required for repairs or renovations. 

If you would like to supply your own materials, that is also an option.  Please share your preference with our estimator.  

If a deposit is required for your project, it will be indicated on your estimate.  Deposits may be paid online by credit card at time of approval.  Alternate payment methods are accepted, please let us know how you intend to pay and our team will give you further instruction.

Yes.  Canopy offers financing through Wisetack.  If you are interested in financing your project you may pre-qualify here or choose the financing option on your quote when sent.  

Wisetack is a third party lender.  Canopy has no control over lending rates or the terms of repayment.  All agreements regarding financing are to be handled directly through Wisetack.  

If you have changes to request on an estimate, request those changes through our convenient Client Hub.  

Open the quote click “request changes” and leave us a quick note about what you would like changed.  We will review, update, and resend your quote to you. 

To request additional work simply log in to your Client Hub and click “Request” to fill out a request form and we will be in touch as soon as we can. 

Canopy stands behind the workmanship of its technicians.  If you are unsatisfied with the work performed by our team please let us know.

For renovations, remodels, or installs, products used may have manufacturer warranties which will be shared with the customer.  The customer is responsible for registering the product warranty and requesting repair or replacement from the manufacturer. 

Installation of manufacturer replaced parts and components may incur additional labor charges.

Canopy does not offer warranty on repairs performed.  

If a repair is needed on new equipment not installed by Canopy, manufacturers warranty should be used. 

If a repair performed by Canopy fails due to age or wear and tear, Canopy offers no warranty.

If a repair performed by one of our technicians does not meet your expectations, inform us immediately.  We stand by our workmanship and will return if something was missed.  

 

Yes!  We can help with almost any sized project.  All services have a minimum fee of $195.  This fee covers travel to your home and the first hour of service.  If additional time is needed it will be charged at a rate of $95/hour.  

Hourly work does not include materials.  Materials must be provided by the client or will be picked up by the technician and charged with an additional markup.

Whether it is small touch ups, completing that project you lost interest in, or the “honey do” list, Canopy has you covered. 

Take advantage of our hourly, half day, and full day rates.  Send us your list through our online request or email us.

We also offer convenient home maintenance plans to keep your home running smoothly. 

Our maintenance plans make great gifts for the new homeowners in your lives, adult children, or aging parents.
